ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule Jobs when they come and continue to update schedule with all information needed.
- Invoice customers through customer POS systems.
- Accept Jobs through different POS systems our customers may use
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare Invoices
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the Company in a positive manner
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:
- Interacts with small and large businesses that need identification
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Worked with scheduling in some capacity for 2 years
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
