Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in and call-in customers and direct to the proper team member(s). Follow-up with customers regarding estimates, items needed for their order or permitting, scheduling and more to help ensure the project continues moving forward.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparation of work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion. Assist in updating work orders, ordering materials/items for the work orders, permitting and scheduling
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.
Professional Growth:

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Windows Office and POS systems.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
