Key Responsibilities:P
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Generate sales leads through inbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Support sales team with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
  • Assist with product inquiries and closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Apple, Windows Office and POS systems.
  • Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
