Signarama Elizabethtown has been serving the Elizabethtown and surrounding area since 2015. We're a locally-owned sign shop with full production and fabrication facilities for signs and graphics along with screen printing and embroidery of t-shirts and apparel. We do quality, creative work for businesses and organizations all over Hardin County and beyond!

We like to say that the sign business is a mix of marketing, art, and construction. The work we do changes day-to-day with custom projects that come through our door! We take pride in having a fun small-business culture while working hard and fast to meet deadlines and create awesome signs and graphics that meet our customers' needs! We also enjoy giving back to and being involved our community with our annual Signs of Support program, having a float in the Christmas Parade, and taking part in other events around town throughout the year!

As a Sales Representative at Signarama Elizabethtown, you will be at the forefront of identifying and capturing signage opportunities with potential clients. Your goal will be to increase the sales volume by presenting our solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, ultimately closing sales orders.

Elizabethtown is one of the fastest growing cities in Kentucky! This is a great opportunity for someone who is well-connected in our community as new businesses are coming into town and need signage!

Starting hourly pay is dependent on experience, sales commissions offer a great opportunity for an uncapped potential on your earnings!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and cultivating New Sales Opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Qualifying provided leads
  • Prospecting to generate new business through networking events, email marketing, etc.
  • Meeting with clients to survey (measure and take pictures of) buildings, office spaces, vehicles, etc. for sign and graphic projects (indoors and outdoors, year-round)
  • Bringing pictures and measurements from site surveys to our design team and communicating to them what will need to be designed for your sign or graphic project
  • Building estimates for your sign and graphic projects and sending them to the customer through our POS system. Then, following up on your estimates as needed by emailing and calling the customer
  • Managing your projects through all stages: Sale, Design, Permitting, Production, Installation/Pickup, Customer Review
  • Develop strong knowledge of Signarama products. Learning materials used for signs and how to price them to customers
  • Effectively utilizes Signarama programs, quoting software, CRM, to communicate and keep accurate records
  • Participate in sales and marketing events
  • Travel within the Elizabethtown and Surrounding Area to prospects and customers
  • Accurately log calls, emails, and appointments in our designated software
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate pipeline including notes and follow-up tasks
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets and Quotas
  • Represent the company with character and integrity with a commitment to customer service and professionalism
  • Support company needs as an active team player
  • Full-Time on-site role
  • Ability to organize and prioritize administrative work
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Occasionally attending events after-hours or on weekends (would lead to more sales!)

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous Sales experience a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone and via email
  • Presentation and Relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Familiar with sales quota’s
  • Proficiency of Microsoft 365 applications, CRM software
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
