Full job description
We’re Fully Promoted Sugar Land, a leader in branded apparel and promotional products, and we need a young, confident, and street-smart go-getterwho’s ready to pound the pavement, close deals, and make serious cash.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk kind of role. You’ll be out there meeting business owners, making connections, and selling promotional products they actually need.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Base salary plus 5% commission on paid invoices.
Compensation Package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cold calling and prospecting: 1 year (Required)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $57,200.00 per year
