At Signarama, the world's leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dedicated Production and Install Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role involves producing and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites and perform installations.
Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, hand tools, large format and flatbed printers, laminators, and plotters.
Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns while representing our brand both in-store and on-site.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

Experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred, but not required
Comfortable with computers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiently use measurement tools
Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Proficiency with hand and power tools

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
