About the Role:

- Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure project specifications are met.

- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards in all output.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for seamless production.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role in the signage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with design software and production technologies is a plus.
