Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Hand / Apprentice to join our fabrication team on second shift. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to learn the trade of sign fabrication, welding, and assembly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of signage components
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)
- Prepare materials (cutting, sanding, drilling, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support senior fabricators and welders as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous shop, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, standing, moving materials)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be punctual and dependable
