General Manager – Signs, Lighting & LED Retrofits
Yesco Sign & Lighting – Houston South
Yesco Sign & Lighting repairs outdoor signs, parking lot lights, and performs LED retrofits. We’re looking for a process-driven General Manager to oversee operations, manage a team, and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and hold team members accountable.
- Enforce company systems and processes.
- Oversee service calls, projects, and sales growth.
- Track performance and profitability.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Process-driven with ability to enforce systems.
- Operations and/or sales management experience (service industry a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
