Signarama Pewaukee /Menomonee Fassl is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Account Specialist / Production Assistant who wants to be part of a fast-moving, supportive team where the work matters and the days go fast.
This is not a “sit and wait” job. You’ll be involved, valued, and trusted to help keep jobs moving from first customer contact to finished sign.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Answer phones, greet customers, and respond to email inquiries
- Prepare estimates and process customer orders accurately
- Keep jobs organized and moving through production
- Assist with producing graphics (printing, trimming, laminating)
- Help assemble signs and prep graphics for installation
- Support installers and production staff as needed
- Package finished signs and graphics for pickup or install
- Perform quality checks so work goes out right the first time
THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
- Are comfortable with basic math, measurements, and accuracy
- Like hands-on work and aren’t afraid to pitch in
- Take pride in doing things correctly, not cutting corners
- Enjoy being part of a team that works hard and has each other’s backs
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (BUT WE’LL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON)
- Customer service or office support
- Production, manufacturing, or shop work
- Sign, print, graphics, or trades experience

- Location: Pewaukee, WI and Pewaukee, WI
- Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office
- Environment: Office + production/shop + light install support
