Key Responsibilities:
- Service Signage and Lighting Systems: Service, and repair a variety of sign systems, including illuminated signs, digital displays, and outdoor signage.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
- Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sign service and installation or a related field is preferred but not required/Electrical Knowledge a Plus
- Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking/Diagnostics
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, Ability to Operate a bucket truck with heights up to 63'
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
