We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Production Manager to lead our production floor at Signarama Lancaster. We are a full-service sign business that has served Lancaster for over 26 years. Our purpose is to enable organizations to communicate their message with pride — and the Production Manager is central to delivering on that.
We serve the Lancaster, Reading, and Camp Hill markets in Central PA, and our production capabilities include large-format digital printing, flatbed UV printing, vinyl cutting and weeding, lamination, and finishing. The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes ownership of quality, and can bring stability and leadership to a growing team.
Everyone on our team commits to the following Core Values:
1. Dependability
2. Efficiency
3. Positivity & Optimism
4. Respectful Communication
5. Team First Mentality
6. Craftsmanship
Subscribing to that purpose and set of core values is essential for anyone who joins our team.
As our Production Manager, you will be the engine of our sign-making operation. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing our production equipment, managing jobs through our production workflow in Corebridge, maintaining quality standards, and leading and developing our production team — including our Printer Technician(s) and Graphic Installer.
Our production capabilities include large-format roll-to-roll printing, flatbed UV printing, CNC cutting and routing, vinyl cutting and weeding, lamination, finishing, and graphic installation. We are continuously investing in our equipment and technology to stay ahead of the market. The right candidate will be someone who adapts quickly to new tools and platforms and takes pride in mastering the production process end-to-end.
