Position Overview:
This is a hands-on shop position assisting with the fabrication and assembly of signs and related projects. No two days are the same — you’ll be cutting, assembling, prepping materials, and helping keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with fabrication of signs (cutting, assembling, sanding, painting, etc.)
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment (drills, saws, sanders, etc.)
- Help with material prep and organization
- Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support installers and fabricators as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools and basic power tools required
- General handyman, construction, or shop experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Welding or metal fabrication
- Woodworking or carpentry
- Vinyl application or sign experience
- Painting/finishing experience
