Project Coordinator – Signarama Springfield

Are you a natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and customer requests while keeping all the balls in the air?
Signarama Springfield is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our award-winning team. We need someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks!
What You'll Do
- Coordinate projects from initial inquiry through completion, keeping deadlines and next steps on track.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Prepare estimates, follow up on quotes, and help turn inquiries into orders.
- Maintain accurate, timely project records, including activity updates and status changes.
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling, front desk responsibilities, and general office support.
- Juggle multiple projects and changing priorities while proactively identifying delays and keeping things moving.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology, Microsoft 365, and project tracking systems.
- Previous administrative, project coordination, or customer service experience preferred. Signage, Graphic Design or construction experience is a plus!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
